Iran Launches Drone and Missile Strikes on US Base in Jordan

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Arab media outlets have reported intense missile and drone attacks on a U.S. military base in Jordan. The reports emerge as several Persian Gulf nations and Jordan deny that Iranian missiles and drones have hit their intended targets, claiming Jordanian air defenses intercepted them. However, Israel’s Channel 12 reported hearing large explosions in Jordan as a result of Iranian missile strikes on American positions. This Israeli media outlet stated that the sounds of multiple powerful explosions were heard from Jordan. In a related development, the Khatam al-Anbiya Headquarters announced earlier that it had carried out preemptive strikes against a U.S. base in Jordan that was preparing for attacks against the country.
