The outburst, published on the social media platform Truth Social, appears to stem from frustration over criticisms leveled against him regarding his strategic war-mongering aims in Iran.
In his post, Trump stated, “The radical left lunatics and extremists and Democrats and communists want us to lose the war in Iran, but they don’t want Donald Trump to win this war for America.”
He further elaborated, “They would rather we be losers of the war than winners of it. They are sick people who are severely afflicted with TDS syndrome, which is sometimes referred to as Trump Derangement Syndrome.”
