Five Injured in Ukrainian Drone Attack on Residential Building Near Moscow

According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News agency and Sputnik, Russian sources reported several injuries following a Ukrainian drone strike on a building near Moscow.
Moscow Governor Andrey vorobyov stated that five people were injured in the drone attack targeting a residential building in Krasnogorsk, outside the Russian capital.
He added that among the injured was one child.
It is noteworthy that on February 21, 2022, Russian President Vladimir Putin recognized the independence of the donetsk and Luhansk PeopleS Republics in the Donbas region, criticizing Western disregard for Moscow’s security concerns.
Three days later, on February 24, Putin launched what he called a “special military operation” against Ukraine, escalating tensions between Moscow and Kyiv into open military conflict.
The United States and Western countries have responded by imposing extensive sanctions on Russia and sending billions of dollars in weapons and military equipment to Kyiv.
