Venezuela Reacts to Trinidad and Tobago Drill in the Caribbean

According to the English section of webangah News Agency,citing Mehr News Agency via Al Mayadeen,Venezuela’s Foreign Ministry strongly criticized the military drills conducted by Trinidad and Tobago in coordination with U.S. Southern Command in the Caribbean.
The Venezuelan ministry described the exercise as a opposed provocation against its country and a grave threat to peace throughout the caribbean region.
It added that the government of Trinidad and Tobago has abandoned its sovereignty, effectively acting as a military colony serving U.S. interests.
The ministry further stated that this drill is not a defensive exercise but rather a military aggression aimed at turning the Caribbean into a zone of violence.
Venezuela emphasized it will not tolerate threats from any government aligned with the United States.
