Complaint Filed Against Israeli Military Officer in Germany

A human rights organization, Hind Rajab Institute, has filed a complaint with the Attorney General of‍ Germany against an Israeli​ soldier ‍living in Berlin. The case concerns his⁤ alleged involvement in genocide crimes committed in the Gaza Strip, according to webangah News Agency.

The institute demands the arrest of the ⁢soldier named Elkana ⁤Widerman, who served in Battalion 94 of the Kfir Brigade.

Hind Rajab Institute stated that their complaint is based on ​solid evidence.Released videos ⁤and statements from Widerman indicate⁣ his participation in torturing Palestinian prisoners. In one interview, he admitted to using dogs against Palestinian detainees and expressed approval of obstructing⁤ humanitarian aid delivery to Gaza.
