Complaint Filed Against Israeli Military Officer in Germany

A human rights association has filed a lawsuit against an Israeli soldier residing in Berlin.
A human rights organization, Hind Rajab Institute, has filed a complaint with the Attorney General of Germany against an Israeli soldier living in Berlin. The case concerns his alleged involvement in genocide crimes committed in the Gaza Strip, according to webangah News Agency.
The institute demands the arrest of the soldier named Elkana Widerman, who served in Battalion 94 of the Kfir Brigade.
Hind Rajab Institute stated that their complaint is based on solid evidence.Released videos and statements from Widerman indicate his participation in torturing Palestinian prisoners. In one interview, he admitted to using dogs against Palestinian detainees and expressed approval of obstructing humanitarian aid delivery to Gaza.
