Gaza Death Toll Surpasses 69,000
The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza issued a statement detailing the latest casualty figures from the Israeli military assaults on the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023.
According to the ministry, 69,169 people have been killed as a result of these attacks up to now.
The Palestinian medical authority also reported that the total number of wounded has reached 170,685 since the conflict began in the enclave.
In the past 72 hours alone, bodies of ten victims were transferred to hospitals; nine were recovered from beneath rubble while one was recently killed.during this period, six others were wounded.
Thousands remain missing and trapped under debris throughout Gaza.
As a ceasefire was established on October 11, 2025, 241 people have died and 614 injured, with 522 bodies recovered from under rubble during this timeframe.
