According to the English section of webangah News Agency,citing Mehr news Agency and Sputnik,the White House issued a brief statement confirming that the meeting between the U.S. President and the head of terrorist factions in Syria has started.
The White House added that this meeting is occurring without any journalists present.
Some media outlets published images indicating that, unlike the usual protocol for welcoming foreign officials at the White House, President Trump’s reception of Jolani differed significantly. Reports suggest he entered Trump’s office through a rear entrance rather than via customary channels.
