Cearteu: We Won’t Let Hungary Enter War; Brussels Decision Vetoed

Hungarian Foreign Minister warns: If the european Union pushes us toward war in ukraine, we will use our veto rights against its decisions.
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and RIA Novosti, Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjártó declared today, Saturday, that his government will block any EU decision aimed at escalating armed conflict in Ukraine or involving European countries in it.
The senior Hungarian diplomat spoke at an anti-war rally in Győr, northwest Hungary. He said: ”If Brussels drives us toward war, we will exercise our right to veto its decisions-even if it means acting alone against all 26 other EU countries.”
Peter Szijjártó added: “We cannot allow Hungary and Hungarians to enter into war. We must protect Hungary and its citizens from that.”
