Exchange of Russian and Ukrainian Military Bodies

According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Al Jazeera, Ukraine’s Prisoner of war Coordination Center announced in a statement that it has received the bodies of 1,000 Ukrainian soldiers who died in the conflict from Russia.
The statement added that necessary steps will be taken to identify the deceased Ukrainian soldiers’ identities.
A source who wished to remain anonymous told TASS news agency that 1,000 Ukrainian soldiers’ bodies were returned to Ukraine, while Kyiv handed over the bodies of 30 Russian soldiers.
Sputnik news agency also reported that Moscow delivered 1,000 bodies of Ukrainian soldiers to kyiv as part of the Istanbul agreements and received 30 Russian military bodies in return.
