American Generals Visit Moscow to Discuss Ukraine Peace Plan

The English section of webangah ⁤News⁤ Agency, citing Mehr News Agency, reports that the british newspaper The Guardian, quoting American sources, stated⁣ a group of U.S. Army⁣ generals may travel to Moscow by the ⁣end of this week to discuss Washington’s peace plan for⁢ Ukraine.

According to the report, on November 20, a⁢ U.S. ⁤delegation led by Secretary of​ the army Daniel Driscoll presented former President Donald Trump’s governance’s peace proposal to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in Kyiv.

The following‍ day, Russian President Vladimir Putin declared at a Security Council‍ meeting that Moscow is ready for negotiations and described the 28-point American plan ‍as a potential foundation for resolving the crisis.

The⁤ British Financial Times‌ reported that the U.S.⁢ peace plan requires substantial concessions from Kyiv.

Reuters added​ that‍ Washington has demanded ‌Ukraine sign the agreement by November 27; otherwise, arms shipments and intelligence cooperation will be halted.
