Leaked Netanyahu War Calls Reveal UAE’s Role Supporting Tel Aviv in Gaza Conflict

According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr news Agency via Arabi 21, Haaretz disclosed that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu held secret calls in 2024. The most significant was a private conversation with UAE President Mohammed bin Zayed on October 29 last year, during the peak of the Gaza conflict.
The report noted that these calls were never made public through official channels and took place amid growing international accusations against Israel of committing genocide in Gaza.
Haaretz reported that these communications raise numerous questions about the potential role of the UAE in supporting Netanyahu or managing post-war issues behind the scenes.
Netanyahu also held extensive phone talks with American figures, including Senator lindsey Graham. These discussions occurred as calls intensified within the US to halt military aid to Israel. Netanyahu spoke with Graham at least nine times throughout last year.
