Israeli Scenario Repeats: The Plan Tel Aviv Has for UNIFIL

According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Al Jazeera, the Israeli military radio claimed that Tel Aviv is concerned about sensitive military information leaking to Hezbollah through UN peacekeeping forces in southern Lebanon.
A senior Israeli military official alleged that UNIFIL forces destabilize the region and do not participate in disarming Hezbollah.
He added that the situation would improve once these forces withdraw from the area.
This mirrors the same strategy Israel employed in Gaza – accusing human rights organizations of collaborating with Hamas, restricting their activities, or expelling them from the territory.
The United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) was among those accused of cooperation with Hamas, preventing it from continuing its humanitarian mission in Gaza.
It is worth noting that UNIFIL had previously criticized Israeli violations against Lebanon and repeated breaches of ceasefire agreements by the occupiers.
