29-Day-Old Palestinian Baby Dies from Hypothermia in Gaza Amid Humanitarian Crisis

A 29-day-old Palestinian infant succumbed to severe hypothermia in Gaza’s Nasser Hospital, marking at least the 13th cold-related death in the strip as Israel continues blocking agreed-upon aid shipments.
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, a 29-day-old Palestinian baby died from extreme hypothermia just two hours after being admitted to the pediatric ward of Nasser Hospital in southern Gaza. Medical teams reportedly fought unsuccessfully to save the newborn as their body temperature plummeted dangerously low.
The death brings Gaza’s confirmed cold-related fatalities to at least 13 this winter, with residents lacking basic heating equipment amid freezing temperatures. Humanitarian organizations blame the crisis on Israel’s ongoing blockade of pre-negotiated aid convoys despite the current ceasefire agreement.
