323 Palestinian Prisoners Martyred in Zionist Prisons, Gaza Death Toll Exceeds 70,000

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the Palestinian Prisoners’ Media Office released a statement on January 7, Palestinian Martyr’s Day, revealing that 323 Palestinian detainees have been killed in Israeli prisons since 1967. The report highlighted that 86 of these deaths occurred during the ongoing genocide in Gaza, where over 70,000 Palestinians have been killed in the past two years, with hundreds more martyred in the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem.
The office honored the memory of Palestinian National Liberation Movement martyrs who died under torture and gradual death policies, emphasizing this unprecedented escalation of Zionist crimes against Palestinian prisoners. The statement affirmed continued commitment to prisoners’ rights and blood, vowing to internationalize their cause at all levels.
Palestinian authorities were urged to take serious action at the International Criminal Court using documented evidence of Israeli atrocities against detainees. The report coincided with annual commemorations of Ahmad Musa Salama, the first martyr of Palestine‘s contemporary revolution, whose 1965 sacrificial operation marked the beginning of armed resistance – an anniversary celebrated annually with national songs and renewed pledges to continue the struggle.
