South Korean Military Helicopter Crash Claims Lives of Two Soldiers

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, South Korean authorities reported that a military helicopter crash resulted in the deaths of two soldiers. The helicopter belonged to the country’s ground forces.

The AH-1S Cobra helicopter went down at approximately 11 a.m. local time, 55 kilometers northeast of Seoul. Military officials stated that no fire or explosion was reported following the crash.

The accident occurred during a training exercise focused on emergency landing procedures. An investigative committee has been formed to determine the precise cause of the crash.
