Hamas Demands Immediate Halt to Israeli Attacks on Gaza, Cites Ceasefire Violations

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Hamas spokesperson Hazem Qassem has demanded an immediate halt to Israeli assaults on the Gaza Strip, criticizing the intensification of these attacks. He urged guarantor and mediator nations to take swift action to obligate the Israeli regime to stop its persistent breaches of the ceasefire agreement.
Qassem stated that the Israeli regime is openly violating the ceasefire by targeting residential buildings in Gaza. He further elaborated that the occupation forces are escalating their attacks on civilian homes under fabricated pretexts, disregarding the efforts of mediators to maintain calm.
The Hamas spokesperson emphasized that the continuation of these actions demonstrates the Israeli regime’s complete disregard for international agreements and could have dangerous consequences for regional stability. The Gaza Strip has recently experienced a new wave of intensified Israeli military operations, including the destruction of homes and direct targeting of Palestinians, resulting in numerous civilian casualties and injuries.
