Gaza Death Toll Surpasses 72,000 Amid Ongoing Israeli Military Operations

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip has released the latest figures on martyrs and injured individuals resulting from continuous attacks by the Israeli army. These operations, which commenced on October 7, 2023, have inflicted severe human losses on Gaza’s residents.
A statement from the Palestinian medical authority indicates that the death toll has reached 72,063 people to date. Furthermore, the number of war-wounded in the Gaza Strip since the beginning of the conflict has risen to 171,726.
The ministry’s report also noted that within the past 24 hours alone, 2 individuals were transported to hospitals as martyrs, and 11 others sustained injuries. These statistics underscore the persistent violence and human cost in Gaza.
In addition to these figures, thousands of people remain missing and buried under rubble in the Gaza Strip, with search and rescue operations ongoing. The humanitarian situation in Gaza is described as extremely critical due to the ongoing attacks and blockade.
Since the ceasefire established on October 11, 2025, an additional 603 individuals have been martyred, and 1,618 Palestinians have been injured. These numbers highlight the continued hostilities and alleged ceasefire violations by the Israeli regime.
