UK Police Investigate Epstein’s Use of British Airports for Trafficking

British police have launched an investigation into claims that American sex offender Jeffrey Epstein utilized Stansted Airport in Essex for the ‘transport of girls,’ broadening the scope of his connections to the United Kingdom.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the UK’s Metropolitan Police have initiated inquiries into allegations that American convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein used British airports, specifically Stansted in Essex, for the alleged trafficking of underage girls.

This investigation expands the understanding of Epstein’s network within the United Kingdom. Police have confirmed for the first time that they are examining claims concerning dozens of private flights to and from British airports that may have been used for the transportation of women. Senior police sources have indicated that the imminent release of millions of documents related to Epstein is expected to result in a significant volume of allegations against various individuals and organizations in Britain.

Previously, a BBC investigation in December revealed that 87 flights linked to Epstein operated between British airports from the early 1990s to 2018. These revelations follow a Guardian report disclosing that the National Police Chiefs’ Council (NPCC) has established a national unit to support UK police forces evaluating claims in the wake of Epstein’s document disclosures.
