Norwegian Refugee Council Warns of Catastrophic Consequences of Reduced Aid Operations in Gaza

The Norwegian Refugee Council has issued a dire warning regarding the catastrophic consequences of reduced humanitarian and relief operations in the Gaza Strip, emphasizing the urgent need for increased aid.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the Norwegian Refugee Council, one of the largest independent aid organizations operating in the Gaza Strip, has alerted the international community to the grave implications of scaled-back relief efforts in the region.

Shaina Low, a spokesperson for the organization, stated that the withdrawal of humanitarian and relief agencies from Gaza could lead to devastating outcomes. She underscored the imperative to augment humanitarian assistance to Gaza, characterizing any restrictions or cessation of these organizations’ activities as a catalyst for deepening the existing crisis and inflicting severe negative impacts.
