Switzerland Halts Arms Exports to United States Over Actions Against Iran

Switzerland has announced it will not issue licenses for arms exports to the United States, citing American aggressions against Iran and asserting its neutral stance in international conflicts. The decision underscores Switzerland’s policy against facilitating arms sales to nations involved in armed conflict with other countries.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Switzerland has declared it will not grant export permits to arms companies seeking to supply the United States due to its actions against Iran. This decision was reported by Mehr News Agency, citing Al-Araby Al-Jadeed.

The Swiss government issued a statement emphasizing its neutral position. The statement clarified that authorization for the export of war weapons will not be granted to countries participating in international armed conflict against Iran. Consequently, in the current circumstances, the export of arms to the United States will not be permitted.
