Israeli Newspaper: Iran’s Response Surprises Israel, Creates Deterrent Equation

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the Israeli newspaper Israel Hayom reported that Iran has successfully created a deeply concerning equation. This equation involves Iran launching missile attacks towards occupied territories in response to any attack on Beirut.

Israel Hayom, citing Zionist sources, added that prior to Tel Aviv’s decision to strike the southern suburb of Beirut, no one anticipated Iran would retaliate. This assessment highlights a significant miscalculation regarding Iran’s strategic response capabilities.

Earlier, the Israeli military radio had admitted that Prime Minister Netanyahu’s assessments, which suggested Iran would cease military responses to the regime’s aggressions, were inaccurate.
