The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Yemen‘s Ansarullah government issued a statement asserting that the Zionist regime’s aggressions against Lebanon represent a blatant violation of international law and the memorandum of understanding signed between Iran and the United States. This memorandum emphasizes the necessity of an immediate and permanent cessation of military attacks on all fronts, including Lebanon.
The statement further explained that the Zionist regime’s aggressions are aimed at undermining ongoing efforts to end conflicts in the region and thwarting the path toward achieving security and stability.
The statement underscored that the “Axis of Jihad and Resistance” will never stand idly by in the face of these Zionist aggressions against Lebanon. It also affirmed that the operations carried out by Lebanese combatants are in line with the country’s legitimate right to self-defense.
