Russia Foils Large-Scale Ukrainian Drone Attack on Rostov Air Base

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Russia‘s Federal Security Service (FSB) has successfully neutralized a major terrorist plot orchestrated by Kyiv aimed at destroying a military air base in the Rostov region. The FSB stated that the thwarted attack was intended to cause extensive damage to infrastructure, casualties among personnel, and the destruction of aircraft.
Russian authorities reported that Ukraine’s intelligence services had planned to deploy 13 drones for the assault on the military facility. Simultaneously, Russian air defense systems intercepted and destroyed drones that were launched towards Moscow.
The intercepted plot highlights ongoing tensions and military actions between Russia and Ukraine, with both sides reporting counter-operations and thwarted attacks. The incident underscores the continued use of drone technology in the conflict.
