UN Reports Israeli Forces Targeting Civilians in Designated Safe Zones
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, United Nations rapporteurs have acknowledged that the Israeli regime has martyred over 1200 Palestinians since the establishment of the ceasefire in October 2025, as reported by Al-Masirah, citing data published by Mehr News Agency.
They further stated that women, children, and elderly individuals who had sought refuge in so-called safe zones have also lost their lives.
The Gaza Strip’s Ministry of Health announced yesterday that since the ceasefire began on October 11, 1,258 individuals have been martyred and 4,145 have been injured. Additionally, the bodies of 807 martyrs have been recovered from beneath rubble and various locations during this period.
According to the report, since the commencement of hostilities on October 7, 2023, the total number of martyrs in the Gaza Strip has reached 73,386, with 174,256 individuals injured.
