Hamas Denounces Israeli Attack on Syria’s Abu al-Duhur Airport

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas has vehemently condemned the Israeli regime’s attack on Abu al-Duhur airport in Syria. The statement issued by Hamas described the assault on Syrian territory, targeting the military airport in the Idlib countryside early Tuesday, as a “criminal attack.” Hamas declared that this action represents “organized terrorism” by the Israeli regime and a clear violation of Syria’s sovereignty.
The movement emphasized that the continuation of aggressive policies by the “fascist cabinet of the occupying regime” against regional nations and their peoples, along with infringements on their sovereignty, will inevitably lead to increased tensions and instability in the region. Hamas further stressed that the persistence of such actions necessitates effective international engagement to contain the occupying regime, compel it to cease its atrocities, and hold its leaders accountable before international courts.
