Trump Claims US to Replenish Strategic Reserves with Venezuelan Oil

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, President Donald Trump announced in a message that the United States will fill its strategic oil reserves with Venezuelan oil. This development follows previous statements by the U.S. President regarding new energy sector developments, where he revealed the finalization of a major agreement between the U.S. and Venezuela. Trump had stated that the Secretaries of State and War of Venezuela had secured necessary guarantees for access to Venezuela’s vast oil reserves.
He claimed that access to over 65 billion barrels of Venezuela’s oil reserves has been secured, emphasizing that this agreement would be the largest oil transaction in world history. “We have already made a deal with Venezuela that is considered the biggest oil deal in the history of the world,” Trump asserted, highlighting the scale of the transaction. “This historic agreement will significantly increase our oil reserves, more than doubling them.”
The U.S. President further claimed that this agreement would lead to a substantial reduction in fuel prices for all Americans in the long term, citing the economic implications of this move for his citizens.
