UAE Presidential Advisor: Neither War Nor Peace is a Sustainable Solution

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Anwar Gargash, Advisor to the President of the United Arab Emirates, reacted to regional developments on Monday. In a post on X, he wrote that the state of neither war nor peace cannot be a sustainable solution, just as the policy of targeting countries in the Persian Gulf and Jordan has proven its inefficiency.

Anwar Gargash added that today, more than ever, there is a need for realistic and sustainable political solutions that consider the political and economic dimensions of the crisis. He further specified that these solutions must begin with overcoming the current tensions and restoring normal shipping traffic in the Strait of Hormuz, ultimately leading to a more realistic approach that moves beyond the framework of a memorandum of understanding that has failed to outline a practical and acceptable roadmap.
