Putin and Trump Hold Consultations

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Russian President Vladimir Putin and U.S. President Donald Trump engaged in consultations today. The discussion, reported by Russia’s RIA Novosti news agency and cited by Iran’s Mehr News Agency, took place via telephone.

Yury Ushakov, an aide to the Russian President, confirmed that another phone call occurred between Putin and Trump. The Kremlin stated that the leaders exchanged views on the outcomes of the visit by U.S. envoys Witcoff and Kushner to Moscow and Kyiv. The Kremlin characterized the phone conversation as constructive and very frank.

During the call, President Putin emphasized that Russia harbors no hostile intentions towards Europe, according to the Kremlin’s statement.
