According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Yemeni armed forces and Ansarullah fighters have consolidated their complete control over the strategic Al-Omri military base. This crucial stronghold overlooks the vital Bab al-Mandab strait, a significant development in ongoing advancements against Saudi-backed forces. News sources previously reported that following the liberation of the Mokha port, Yemeni forces and Ansarullah targeted the positions of Saudi-aligned mercenaries on the Ziqar and Greater and Lesser Hanish islands, located at the mouth of the Bab al-Mandab. These operations ultimately led to the liberation of these islands as well.
