Explosion Rocks Eastern Syria’s Deir ez-Zor Province

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, an explosion occurred in the Ayash region on the outskirts of Deir ez-Zor, as reported by a correspondent for the Syrian Al-Ikhbariya network. Investigations are underway to determine the cause of the incident.

Ambulances and civil defense teams have been dispatched to the explosion site. Syrian news agencies also reported hearing the sound of an explosion in the town of Ayash, located in the western Deir ez-Zor countryside of eastern Syria. Investigations into the explosion are ongoing.
