Yemen Stages Massive Protests in Support of Armed Forces Amidst Ongoing Blockade
Tens of thousands of Yemenis participated in a massive rally in Sana’a and other Ansar Allah-controlled provinces to express solidarity with the Yemeni armed forces and condemn the ongoing blockade, denouncing claims of targeting Mecca.
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, following data published by Mehr News Agency and cited by Al-Masirah, Yemenis have participated in a million-strong march in support of the armed forces, advocating for a blockade-for-blockade policy. The demonstration also aimed to expose the alleged falsehood of targeting Mecca in Saada, Yemen.
A large crowd gathered in Al-Sabeen Square in Sana’a, as well as in other provinces under the control of Yemen’s Ansar Allah movement, to voice their support and concerns.
