Saudi Arabia Conducts 988 Air and Missile Strikes on Yemen

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Yahya Saree, spokesperson for the Yemeni armed forces, highlighted the escalation of Saudi aggression against Yemen. He stated that over the past 24 hours, Saudi forces launched 52 airstrikes using F-15 and Typhoon fighter jets originating from Khamis Mushait and Taif air bases. Missile attacks were also carried out from Jizan. These assaults specifically targeted the provinces of Hodeidah, Taiz, Al Bayda, Marib, and Saada. The attacks resulted in the martyrdom and injury of a number of Yemeni citizens, including children and women.

Saree further elaborated that the strikes impacted civilian installations, including communication networks, schools, and bridges. He noted that the cumulative number of Saudi air and missile attacks since the intensification of tensions against Yemen has now reached 988.
