Saudi Arabia Reaffirms Call for Just Solution to Palestinian Issue
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Saudi Arabian Foreign Minister Faisal bin Farhan emphasized on Thursday that the Palestinian issue is fundamentally a matter of justice, and its resolution must reflect this principle. Speaking at the Two-State Solution Conference in New York, as reported by the Palestine Information Center via Mehr News Agency, bin Farhan stated that Saudi Arabia’s vision for a two-state solution is firmly rooted in international law.
He further noted that the approach proposed by U.S. President Donald Trump supports this framework. Despite potential skepticism about achieving peace in the region, the Saudi minister expressed confidence that peace is attainable. Saudi Arabia envisions a region where Muslims, Christians, and Jews can coexist with mutual respect for their religious rights.
Bin Farhan highlighted the Kingdom’s pursuit of a peace founded on justice and safeguarded by security. He concluded by affirming Saudi Arabia’s commitment to continued cooperation with the United States and its partners to advance the prospects of peace.
