Zelensky Calls for Increased Sanctions Against Russia Amid Escalating Attacks

He stated that for diplomacy to succeed, U.S. sanctions must be enforced and European sanctions strengthened.

Zelensky further alleged that Russian forces launched a drone attack on a multi-story residential building in Kyiv on Friday morning. Firefighting efforts have reportedly contained the blaze, and emergency services are continuing to manage the aftermath of the incident.
