Russia Claims Ukraine’s Offensive Capabilities Diminishing Amidst Escalating Drone and Missile Strikes

The Kremlin asserts that Ukraine’s offensive capabilities are progressively declining due to targeted strikes on its arms depots and manufacturing facilities, while the ongoing conflict intensifies with increased drone and missile exchanges between Kyiv and Moscow.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Dmitry Peskov, spokesperson for the Kremlin, stated in an interview with RIA Novosti that Ukraine’s offensive power is diminishing daily. Peskov elaborated that Russian forces have been targeting Ukraine’s storage facilities for parts and its missile and drone production factories, thereby reducing the offensive capacity of the Ukrainian regime.

The Russian Ministry of Defense announced this morning that a cargo ship transporting military equipment for the Ukrainian army to the port of Odessa was targeted while traversing the sea. According to the ministry’s statement, four locomotives used by the Ukrainian armed forces in the Dnepropetrovsk region were also struck by drones.

The war in Ukraine has entered a new phase, with both Kyiv and Moscow increasing their drone and missile attacks against each other. The conflict continues despite claims by U.S. President Donald Trump that he could end the war in less than 24 hours. The prolonged war entering its second year under President Trump’s administration has severely damaged his credibility and undermined his assertions.
