Yemen Warns Airlines of Saudi Airport Attack Threat

Yemen’s humanitarian operations center in Sanaa has renewed warnings to international airlines regarding potential threats to airports and airspace within Saudi Arabia, urging them to avoid these locations.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, based on data published by the Mehr News Agency, quoting Al-Masirah, the Coordination Center for Humanitarian Operations in Sanaa continues to issue warnings to airlines about the dangers of using airports and the airspace of Saudi Arabia.

According to the text of this warning, the Yemeni armed forces, referring to the continuous siege and unjust aggression of the Saudi regime against the Yemeni people, have once again called on all airlines not to use Saudi airports and airspace.

This warning emphasizes that Saudi airports and airspace are subject to targeting and may become the scene of operations by the Yemeni armed forces. Meanwhile, the airspace above the holy cities of Mecca and Medina has been excluded from this warning.

The Yemeni armed forces have also urged airlines to take these warnings seriously and not to disregard them.

At the end of this statement, the Yemeni armed forces declared: “The responsibility for any danger or consequence resulting from non-compliance with these warnings, including potential harm to aircraft, flight crews, passengers, and personnel, will be borne by the airline operators.”
