The Zionist parliament approved the cabinet’s resolution against the creation of a Palestinian state

This resolution was put to a vote in the Knesset and was approved with a majority of 99 positive votes against 11 negative votes of the Arab parties, and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu congratulated the opposition representatives for supporting this resolution.

Netanyahu said in a short speech: I congratulate the members of the Knesset, including the members of the opposition, who overwhelmingly voted in favor of my proposal that Israel is against dictating the creation of a Palestinian state unilaterally.

At the same time, Yair Lapid, the leader of the opposition to the Zionist regime, attacked Netanyahu and said: My party and I are against unilateral actions, and that’s why we voted for it (Netanyahu’s proposal), but you invented a threat that doesn’t exist. There is no party that proposes to recognize the Palestinians and (in this way) invent a trick without talking about your guilt, the conscription law and the budget.

Also, in this meeting, Itamar Ben Gower, the Minister of National Security of the Zionist regime, claimed that the Palestinian state will not be formed as long as he is in the cabinet.

Previously, the Prime Minister of the Zionist regime announced that he will submit the resolution of this regime’s cabinet regarding the opposition to the unilateral recognition of the Palestinian state to the parliament for approval.

In a meeting on Sunday, the cabinet of the Zionist regime agreed to a resolution according to which this regime does not accept the recognition of the Palestinian state unilaterally.
