America has no decision to cancel, exempt or reduce sanctions on Iran

According to this American official, these sanctions were made with claims related to human rights, missile and drone capabilities, and Iran’s nuclear programs.

Yesterday, the US Treasury announced the imposition of new sanctions against the Islamic Republic of Iran.

The US Treasury announced in a statement on Tuesday that it has included the deputy commander of Iran’s IRGC Quds Force in its list of sanctions against Tehran.

This statement also states that America sanctioned a member of Yemen’s Ansarullah group.

At the same time, the British government announced that 5 new entities were included in the list of sanctions imposed against Iran.

The British Foreign Ministry also claimed in a statement that the new sanctions package targets those who support the actions of Ansarullah in Yemen throughout the Middle East and the Red Sea. In this statement, it is stated that the British government, in coordination with the United States, has sanctioned Iranian institutions and individuals.

According to the announcement of the British Foreign Ministry, the new sanctions include the main units and the deputy commander of the IRGC Quds Force.
