The Pope called for an end to the conflict in Gaza

Referring to the "suffering of the Palestinian people", the leader of the world Catholics once again called for an end to the conflicts in Gaza.

quoted by Reuters news agency, Pope Francis in the “Angelus” prayer, referring to the suffering of the Palestinian people, said: Every day, thousands of people die because of the ongoing hostilities. I feel wounded and displaced [in Gaza] in my heart.

The leader of the world’s Catholics, emphasizing the consequences of this conflict for children, demanded the release of all prisoners since Hamas attacked the Zionist regime on October 7th (October 15th).

By raising the question, “Do you really think that you can create a better world and achieve peace in this way?”, he said: “Enough!” Stop [the Gaza war]!

The head of the world Catholics had previously said that “people are tired of war”, calling for respect for civilians in conflict zones and an end to wars.
