As Turkey, we were weak during Israel’s trial at the International Court of Justice. But we could have done many international activities at the same time as this process, but we stopped.

Talking to ourselves and repeating a series of slogans does not mean supporting Gaza. Diplomatically, both Türkiye and Islamic countries performed poorly. This critical situation calls for new and creative humanitarian methods, but we do not see any signs of innovation and motivation of serious support in the government. This is a disaster that we keep talking about, but ultimately do nothing about. We will probably witness more painful scenes in the month of Ramadan.

It is not worthy of Turkey to remain neutral in the face of such a painful and intolerable human tragedy and to use support for Gaza as a tool in the internal and electoral competition.
