Clinton rudely suggested disgruntled voters stick with Biden

The sharp statements of Hillary Clinton, the former US Secretary of State, about the upcoming presidential elections in this country, which were made on the Tonight TV program, were followed by a negative reaction from the American media.

Host Jimmy Fallon asked the politician to make a choice to disillusioned voters who don’t want to choose between Joe Biden and Donald Trump again.

Clinton replied: “Get over yourself. The choice will be only among these two options.”

The American media strongly condemned Clinton’s crude demand and pointed to its danger to Biden’s rating. His offer to “pass himself off” was described as almost humiliating.

Hill political magazine noted that Clinton’s statement could seriously affect Biden’s positions. Experts interviewed by the journalists believe that the educational tone of the former Secretary of State will only drive young voters away from the Democratic Party.

Mark Longbaugh, the party’s political strategist, said: “I’m not sure that the most effective way to bring disaffected Democrats and young voters back to Joe Biden is (Clinton’s remarks).”
