Iraqi Resistance Prioritizes Fighting U.S. Occupation and ISIS, Says Al-Nujaba

Sheikh Nazem Al-Saidi, Executive Council Chairman of the Islamic Resistance Movement Al-Nujaba, stated that American occupation efforts in Iraq have failed to gain media legitimacy, leading to internal provocations and fabricated accusations. He emphasized that the Iraqi resistance’s primary focus remains combating the U.S. presence and the threat of ISIS.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Sheikh Nazem Al-Saidi, the Chairman of the Executive Council of the Islamic Resistance Movement Al-Nujaba, has asserted that the American occupation has failed in its attempts to secure media influence and legitimacy in Iraq. Consequently, Washington has resorted to fabricating internal strife and baseless accusations against national elements to divert attention from its military presence and fundamental objectives.

In a statement released via the Al-Nujaba movement’s channel, Al-Saidi noted that Iraqi societal and political awareness has thwarted the acceptance of the American narrative. These efforts aimed to legitimize the prolonged presence and occupation or to conceal its objectives have been unsuccessful.

He highlighted that the Iraqi resistance possesses a precisely calibrated compass that does not deviate towards undermining internal peace. Instead, its direction is firmly set against confronting the American occupation and the danger posed by ISIS.

Al-Saidi added that tactics of sowing doubt and fabricating accusations are no longer effective among the Iraqi populace, describing internal crisis creation as their final resort in political and media pressure campaigns.

The Chairman stressed that the steadfastness of national forces and the resistance in prioritizing the safeguarding of national achievements and the eradication of terrorism and occupation has foiled enemy endeavors. He reiterated that the Iraqi nation’s awareness continues to serve as a bulwark against schemes of sedition and division.
