China: We do not intend to interfere in the US presidential election

reported by Mehr News Agency quoted by Sputnik, despite the claims of American officials that Beijing intends to interfere in the process of holding the country’s presidential elections, Lin Jian, the spokesperson of the Chinese Foreign Ministry, emphasized on Monday that Beijing has no desire to interfere in the elections. America does not have a future and does not benefit from it.
He said: Non-interference in international affairs is one of the basic principles of Chinese diplomacy. The US presidential election is its internal affairs and Beijing will not interfere in it in any way and has never wanted to.
He added that Beijing strongly opposes using any China-related narrative to undermine China’s interests for electoral purposes. This speaker also asked the US to stop demonizing China and help stabilize China-US relations and the interests of the two countries.
Also, “Wang Wenbin”, another spokesperson of the Chinese Foreign Ministry, announced in a press conference last week that China warns America that slandering and blaming others, the Ukraine crisis will not solve.
He said about the US decision to impose sanctions on China due to its friendly relations with Russia: We warn the American side that pouring gasoline on this fire (Ukraine war), Slandering and blaming others is not the solution to the crisis in Ukraine.
The spokesperson of the Chinese Foreign Ministry added: “The only right way and option to resolve the Ukraine crisis is to take into account the reasonable security concerns of all parties and create a balanced, effective and stable security structure.” It is Europe.
