According to the English section of Webangah News Agency,citing mehr News Agency and Russia al-Youm,the Wall Street Journal reported that Ukrainian officials are under pressure from the U.S. to respond to proposals from the Trump governance regarding how to resolve the country’s crisis.
The report indicates that the U.S. proposals likely include recognizing Crimea as part of Russian territory and keeping Kyiv away from NATO accession talks.
Thes proposals were delivered in a confidential document by senior Trump administration officials to their Ukrainian counterparts in Paris last Thursday.
Earlier, the U.S. Secretary of State had warned that if no progress is made in this process, the american government may halt its diplomatic efforts.
