CENTCOM Claims Dozens of Operations Against ISIS in Syria

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) stated Wednesday that U.S. forces, along with their allies, have carried out about 80 operations aimed at eliminating terrorist elements in Syria since July.
CENTCOM said in a statement that over the past six months, 14 ISIS members have been killed and 119 individuals associated with the terrorist group have been apprehended.
The statement further asserted that these operations have disrupted ISIS’s efforts to reorganize its forces and execute attacks on a global scale.
CENTCOM also claimed that last month, in collaboration with Damascus, over 15 locations containing ISIS weapons were identified and destroyed.
According to reports, within the same framework and in cooperation with Damascus, 130 missiles, artillery shells, and other ISIS-related weaponry were destroyed last month.
