Turkey Announces Black Box of Crashed Libyan Plane to Be Analyzed in Neutral Country

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Turkey‘s Transport Minister Ali Yerlikaya announced on Wednesday that the black box of the crashed Libyan military aircraft will be analyzed in a neutral country following preliminary assessments. The Falcon 50 plane, carrying Mohammed al-Haddad, Chief of Staff of Libya’s Government of National Unity, went down near Ankara, killing all on board, including eight passengers with French crew members.
Libya has sent a 29-member team to participate in the crash investigation, while Turkish authorities confirmed the victims’ bodies were transferred to forensic medicine for official procedures. The black box was recovered earlier today, with Turkey pledging to continue its probe into the incident.
