Russia Labels Foreign Military Presence in Ukraine as Intervention

Russia’s Foreign Ministry has declared that the deployment of any foreign military forces or infrastructure in Ukraine will be considered foreign interference, warning that such forces will be treated as legitimate targets.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Russia‘s Foreign Ministry stated on Monday that Moscow will regard the deployment of any foreign military forces or infrastructure in Ukraine as foreign intervention. The ministry emphasized that Russia will treat these foreign forces as legitimate targets, asserting that the presence of Western military units in Ukraine is unacceptable.

Previously, Alexander Grushko, Russia’s Foreign Ministry Deputy, reiterated Moscow’s opposition to the deployment of European or NATO forces in Ukraine.
