Syrian Kurdish Forces Announce Movement Restrictions in Northeast Syria Under Joulani Agreement

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) declared a movement restriction in the city of Qamishli, located in northeastern Syria, as part of an agreement with the Joulani regime. The measure, which began at 6 AM today, will remain in effect until 6 AM tomorrow.
The agreement emphasizes the gradual integration of Kurdish military and administrative forces into the Syrian government’s structure. Yesterday, elements affiliated with the Joulani regime entered Hasakah and Ain al-Arab, with plans to arrive in Qamishli by noon today.
