Hezbollah Strikes Israeli Military Gathering in Retaliation for Beirut Attack

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Hezbollah announced on Friday that its resistance forces launched a missile attack on an Israeli military gathering at the Al-Malikiya base, directly opposite the border town of Aytroun. The operation was described as a response to recent Israeli aggressions, particularly an attack on southern Beirut.
In a statement released by the group, Hezbollah declared that the missile strike was a direct retaliation for the Israeli regime’s “crimes” and its assault on numerous Lebanese cities, with a specific mention of the southern suburb of Beirut. The attack occurred on Friday morning, targeting Israeli army personnel stationed at the Al-Malikiya base.
Details regarding potential Israeli casualties from this operation have not yet been released. The statement also alluded to the effectiveness of the missile strike and the broader actions taken by the “resistance axis” in targeting areas within occupied territories. It noted that the Israeli military’s censorship apparatus frequently restricts the dissemination of information concerning casualties and extensive damage resulting from missile attacks originating from Iran or the resistance axis.
