Russia Condemns Interference in Cuba’s Internal Affairs

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced today, Tuesday, that it condemns overt attempts to interfere in the internal affairs of Cuba.

The statement from the Russian Foreign Ministry highlighted Moscow’s serious concern regarding the heightened tensions surrounding Cuba and the increasing external pressures directed at Havana.

The ministry added that Moscow is providing and will continue to provide all necessary support, including material assistance, to Cuba. Russia reiterated its unwavering solidarity with the government and people of Cuba, condemning any efforts to overtly interfere in the internal matters of an independent nation.

Moscow asserted that the challenges facing Cuba are a direct consequence of U.S. sanctions imposed on the island nation.
